In the early Fall of 2022 I stumbled across a ghost story involving Third Street Cigar in Waterville, Ohio. I managed to cross paths with Jim Conrad, of the Waterville Historical Society, while conducting research on the building.
Jim is an encyclopedia of Waterville history and legends. During this interview, Jim went into the history of the Rupp family – the former owners of this building, and then talked about Waterville’s history, his thoughts on the Columbian House, the legends of Waterville, the Haunted Waterville Tours, and the historical preservation efforts he’s currently involved in.
