Behind The Scenes: Walking Riverside Hospital with the Toledo Police

On the second night of our two-day visit to Riverside Hospital (5-25-2018) we had the need to call the police to secure the building.

As we pulled in to the parking lot of the abandoned building, we heard the sounds of people inside. We called the Toledo Police to come sweep the building so that we could film our overnight. Two teams of officers showed up and went thru the entire complex, finding no signs of trespassers. The first team of officers left, but the second team hung around a bit longer and toured the building with Sarah Chelten and the Haunted Toledo crew.

Annie and I were outside setting up camera rigs and then entered the building to meet up with the others – but we had to find them first.

Sorry about some of the audio in this one. No one was mic’d up and the building was notorious for producing echoes.
